Our Story
Founded by four friends wanting to bring an elevated dining experience and good vibes with the finest handrolls and sushi to Houston's Asiantown. Led by head chef and partner Cong Nguyen with 20+ years experience as a sushi chef and previous owner of UMAMI Japanese Bistro in Baton Rouge, Lousiana. He will take you on a gastronomic journey with his innovative approach combining global ingredients and techniques to craft unique flavor profiles that will surpass your expectations.
